About Us

My Derma Dream is a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand providing premium skincare solutions. We're expanding our remote sales team and seeking experienced sales closers who are confident, motivated, and results-oriented.

This role is focused entirely on sales performance and closing transactions — not customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual sales consultations with interested prospects.
  • Present product benefits clearly and professionally.
  • Address customer questions and guide them toward purchase decisions.
  • Maintain organized and accurate CRM records.
  • Work 9 hours per day, 6 days a week, with availability between 9 AM – 9 PM EST for scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or closing roles (phone or online).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to meet targets.
  • Interest in the beauty or wellness industry preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
