Sales Closer Remote

About Us:
Juggernaut Commerce is a fast-growing eCommerce company managing multiple brands across global marketplaces including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart. We're expanding our team and looking for a Remote Sales Closer who can convert qualified leads into successful marketplace sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers and warm leads via calls, Zoom, and chat.
- Close product sales on online marketplaces such as Amazon and TikTok Shop.
- Understand customer needs and present the best product offers or bundles.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to purchase confirmation.
- Maintain communication with the operations team to ensure order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly closing and performance targets.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales closing, eCommerce, or marketplace sales.
- Understanding of Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other marketplace platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working remotely and managing leads independently.
