About Us:

Juggernaut Commerce is a fast-growing eCommerce company managing multiple brands across global marketplaces including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart. We're expanding our team and looking for a Remote Sales Closer who can convert qualified leads into successful marketplace sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential buyers and warm leads via calls, Zoom, and chat.
  • Close product sales on online marketplaces such as Amazon and TikTok Shop.
  • Understand customer needs and present the best product offers or bundles.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to purchase confirmation.
  • Maintain communication with the operations team to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Achieve monthly closing and performance targets.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales closing, eCommerce, or marketplace sales.
  • Understanding of Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other marketplace platforms.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing leads independently.
