We're looking for a Marketing & Brand Lead to help execute and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and on-ground channels — working closely with our local and international teams to maintain SALT's premium global identity.

What You'll Do


• Execute and manage 360° marketing activities (social media, influencer, PR, radio, OOH, and events) under the guidance of the senior brand team.


• Plan and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook in coordination with SALT's creative direction.


• Organize and support in-house events such as Coffee Tastings, Car Meets, "Hello Neighbour" activations, and launch campaigns.


• Coordinate with agencies and vendors for creative production, PR, and paid media.


• Manage SMS and radio campaigns, loyalty programs, and local brand partnerships.


• Track campaign results, engagement metrics, and report insights to management.


• Ensure brand tone, design language, and customer experience remain consistent across all channels.

What We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication.


• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or retail brands.


• Good understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and events.


• Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and content planning tools.


• Strong coordination skills and ability to work closely with international teams and creative leads.


• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
