Job Description

Envex Tech Solutions is hiring a Shipping and Quality control In charge to manage our shipping department and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely dispatch of all orders. The role includes full quality control of all products before packaging and ensuring secure, damage-free delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily shipping and dispatch activities.
  • Conduct quality control checks for all items before packaging.
  • Ensure correct packaging, labelling, and documentation for shipments.
  • Coordinate with courier companies and freight forwarders for timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and tracking.
  • Supervise warehouse and dispatch staff.
  • Resolve any shipment or quality-related issues quickly.

Requirements

  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Good leadership and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation and tracking systems.
  • Familiarity in packaging printing company is a plus.
