Key Responsibilities:

Develop annual operating plan in line with the company's growth objectives, monitor the progress against the plan and take corrective actions if required.

Identify Strategic and operational Risks and ensure to put together a detailed mitigation plan to ensure business growth.

Lead and oversee all commercial strategies, including sales, presales, project delivery and client engagement activities.

Drive growth-oriented sales plans and ensure revenue targets are achieved across different geographical regions.

Oversee the development and execution of marketing plans and initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and drive demand.

Ensure that marketing strategies support lead generation and customer acquisition for different technology solutions.

Identify opportunities for market expansion, operational optimization, and technology innovation.

Oversee robust project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes and workflows are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Lead the establishment of a state-of-the-art development center in Pakistan, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with local regulations.

Ensure alignment of the development center's activities with global objectives and client needs.

Act as a bridge between engineering and commercial teams to ensure cohesive strategies.

Related Experience and Competencies

20+ years of Operational and commercial leadership experience in a global organization, with a track record of success in developing and executing growth strategies.

Proven track record in managing Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities, driving business development, and ensuring successful project delivery to clients.

Demonstrated success in managing large teams, preferably 700+ headcount, across multiple geographic territories.

Experience in setting up and scaling development centers or operational hubs, particularly in Pakistan.

Track record of fostering innovation and implementing operational best practices in technology-driven organizations

Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships to foster long-term business growth.

Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Master's/bachelor's degree in business administration or Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.

Location:
Preferred location is Lahore, however it is not limited to Lahore and can be anywhere across the globe.
