We are looking for a talented and motivated Upwork Bidder Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable projects, writing winning proposals, and building strong client relationships on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects daily.
  • Write customized and professional proposals to attract clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver accurate project estimations.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales/bidding targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Design, and Digital Marketing.
  • Ability to write tailored, compelling proposals.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
