The Role:

We are seeking a
skilled Python Django Developer

with a passion for building scalable, high-performance web applications. You will play a key role in backend development, designing and maintaining secure, efficient, and innovative solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll translate business needs into technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications using
    Django/Django REST Framework

.
- Architect, build, and optimize
RESTful APIs

for frontend clients and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver seamless
user experiences

.
- Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code while following
best practices & design patterns

.
- Optimize performance and ensure application
scalability, availability, and security

.
- Implement
robust security measures

, addressing OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
- Conduct
code reviews

, provide constructive feedback, and share knowledge with peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems with minimal downtime.
- Participate in the
full software development lifecycle

: coding, testing, deployment, and automation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Engineering

, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years

of hands-on experience in production-grade applications with
Python & Django/DRF

.
- Strong command of Django fundamentals:
ORM, Views, Templates, Forms, Authentication

.
- Proficiency with
relational databases

(PostgreSQL preferred, MySQL, etc.), including complex queries and optimizations.
- Proven experience in building and consuming
RESTful APIs

.
- Familiarity with frontend basics (
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+

) for seamless integration.
- Proficient in
Git

and version control best practices.
- Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and debugging

skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with
    cloud platforms

(AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of
containerization & orchestration

(Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines

and testing frameworks (pytest, Selenium).
- Experience with
Celery + Redis/RabbitMQ

for async task processing.
- Exposure to
Agile/Scrum methodologies
