Key Responsibilities

Sales Development & Execution

  • Identify and onboard potential corporate, institutional, and fleet clients for EV sales.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and pricing studies.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Coordinate roadshows, campus activations, and brand partnerships with transport and ride-hailing platforms.
  • Contribute to launch events and PR activities for new models.

Data & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, leads, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain CRM data, customer feedback, and sales forecasts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly EV sales targets.
  • Growth in institutional client base.
  • Lead conversion ratio and pipeline health.
  • Marketing campaign ROI (engagement, leads, and awareness metrics).
  • Customer satisfaction and post-sales feedback.
  • Event participation and activation performance metrics.

Educational Requirements

  • MBA / BBA (Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration)
    from a reputable university.
  • Additional certifications in
    Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Automotive Sales
    will be a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • 3–5 years
    of experience in
    Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
    , preferably in:
  • Automotive, EV, Renewable Energy, or related technical industries.
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets and managing B2B relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the Pakistani automotive and mobility landscape.
