About Us

SaafnSafe is a fast-growing FMCG brand, delivering high-quality household and personal care products. We are hiring a Key Accounts Executive in Islamabad to manage Local Modern Trade (LMT) accounts, ensure product availability & visibility, and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales from LMT stores in Islamabad & Rawalpindi and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising across assigned outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, supervisors, and purchase teams.
  • Negotiate for shelf space, displays, and promotional placements to enhance brand visibility.
  • Execute in-store promotions, activations, and trade marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights for strategy improvement.
  • 0Ensure compliance with trade terms, agreements, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular market visits to track stock, displays, and brand performance.
  • Prepare and share weekly sales and activity reports with management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (Modern Trade / Key Accounts).
  • Strong knowledge of LMT operations in Islamabad & Rawalpindi.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in market execution.
