"Business Development Associate"
in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities:
     Search for and identify potential clients and projects on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
  • Build Relationship:
     Initiate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting our services effectively.
  • Proposal Writing:
     Prepare and submit compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase our expertise.
  • Negotiation:
     Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Analyze Market Trends:
     Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to strategically position our services. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client's needs to identify emerging opportunities and market gaps.
  • Collaborate with Teams:
     Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships
    : Understand strategic partnerships and their implementation, contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. Strong understanding of software products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to clients
  • Strong and Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
  • Ability to build reports and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
