We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in maintaining employee records, handling data entry tasks, assisting with payroll processing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and have strong attention to detail

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Perform accurate data entry of HR-related information.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
  • Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant records.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and payroll.
  • Assist in monitoring staff attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team for day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
