Creative Code Tech is seeking a motivated B2B Business Development Executive with strong Email Marketing experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client communication, preparing proposals, and running email marketing campaigns to enhance global outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and convert international B2B leads.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for client outreach and lead nurturing.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare business proposals and follow up on potential deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized IT/software solutions.
- Contribute to revenue growth by exploring new market opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B business development (IT/software industry preferred).
- Hands-on experience in email marketing campaigns (tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
