About Teach the World Foundation:
Teach the World Foundation (TTWF) is a non-profit organization committed to eradicating illiteracy by leveraging digital technology to deliver quality education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain multiple feedback channels (verbal, written, digital, community consultations).
- Handle FRM (Feedback Response) Hotline, responding to feedback calls
- Record, categorize, and track all feedback received in a central database.
- Ensure timely response and closure of complaints, concerns, and suggestions.
- Produce periodic FRM reports highlighting trends, risks, and program improvement areas.
- Train field staff and community representatives on feedback collection and escalation protocols.
- Uphold principles of confidentiality, safeguarding, and accountability.
Qualifications & Experience;
- Bachelors in Social Sciences or related field.
- 2–3 years' experience in community engagement, accountability, or monitoring roles.
- Experience in humanitarian or education sector preferred.
- Female Candidates are encourage to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Fluency in Sindhi, Urdu, and English (oral and written) is required.
- Proficiency in mobile data collection tools (SurveyCTO, KoboToolbox).
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and discretion.
