About Teach the World Foundation:

Teach the World Foundation (TTWF) is a non-profit organization committed to eradicating illiteracy by leveraging digital technology to deliver quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain multiple feedback channels (verbal, written, digital, community consultations).
  • Handle FRM (Feedback Response) Hotline, responding to feedback calls
  • Record, categorize, and track all feedback received in a central database.
  • Ensure timely response and closure of complaints, concerns, and suggestions.
  • Produce periodic FRM reports highlighting trends, risks, and program improvement areas.
  • Train field staff and community representatives on feedback collection and escalation protocols.
  • Uphold principles of confidentiality, safeguarding, and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience;

  • Bachelors in Social Sciences or related field.
  • 2–3 years' experience in community engagement, accountability, or monitoring roles.
  • Experience in humanitarian or education sector preferred.
  • Female Candidates are encourage to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Sindhi, Urdu, and English (oral and written) is required.
  • Proficiency in mobile data collection tools (SurveyCTO, KoboToolbox).
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and discretion.
