
Business Development Executive

Requirements:
- 1- 2 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a minimum of 1 year specifically in ERP sales.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and key business modules: Finance, Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, HRM, CRM, etc.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into ERP solutions.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation cycles, including gap analysis, configuration, user training, and go-live support.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems (SaaS).
- Understanding of industry-specific ERP requirements.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and ERP-CRM integration.
Responsibilities:
- Drive ERP software sales across sectors like manufacturing, trading, retail, and services.
- Identify client pain points and align ERP solutions accordingly.
- Use a consultative sales approach tailored to each businesss needs.
- Act as an ERP product expert (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Collaborate with pre-sales to deliver demos and customized proposals.
- Address integration, customization, and data migration requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle, lead generation, needs analysis, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Coordinate with the implementation team for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain client satisfaction, manage renewals, and promote upselling.
