Receptionist / Front Office Executive
 to join our team and be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our company.

Role Overview:

This is more than just a front desk position. We're looking for someone who is fluent in English, highly organized, and capable of supporting 
HR
 and 
administrative functions
. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and love creating a smooth and professional office environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members with professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Oversee front desk operations and maintain a well-organized workspace
  • Support HR tasks like scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and onboarding assistance
  • Handle basic office management duties: inventory, scheduling, correspondence, and filing
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
     (preferably in Business Administration, HR, or related fields)
  • Excellent English
     communication skills – written and spoken
  • Knowledge of 
    HR processes
     and 
    office administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred (fresh graduates with the right skills may apply)
