is looking for an experienced and result-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating qualified leads through LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


• Define and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) within commercial/ conventional business B2B, service‑based markets.


• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator (and similar channels) to identify decision‑makers and high‑value prospects.


• Create and execute outbound lead generation campaigns: messaging, sequences, connection strategies.


• Book qualified meetings for our sales team; ensure leads meet hand‑off criteria.


• Track conversion metrics (lead → qualified meeting → pipeline) and continuously optimise outreach.


• Collaborate with the sales team to communicate and understand customer pain points.


• Use creativity in your approach; messaging, content hooks, value propositions to cut through noise.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1.5–2 years of experience in lead generation or outbound prospecting in B2B or service-based sectors.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and booking qualified meetings that contribute to the sales pipeline.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar prospecting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to tailor messages for different personas.
  • Analytical mindset, using data to evaluate and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Creative approach to messaging that grabs attention and drives engagement.
