Lead Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage group-level Talent Acquisition and the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Supervise and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and enhance capability.
- Execute bulk and specialized hiring initiatives ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
- Implement modern sourcing, branding, and assessment methods to attract top talent.
- Support HR strategy in workforce planning, retention, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 4 -5 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in the textile/manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in large-scale recruitment, team management, and HR systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of current HR trends, tools, and legal frameworks.
