Role Description

This full-time, on-site position is based in the Karachi Division. The Talent Acquisition & HR Analytics Manager will lead recruitment efforts, analyze HR data for insights, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, developing HR analytics strategies, overseeing workforce planning, and collaborating with stakeholders to create data-driven policies that promote employee engagement and organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Analytics, People Analytics, and strong Analytical Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
  • Project Management skills with a focus on effective coordination and timely delivery
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with HR technologies, tools, or systems is a plus
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
