About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior AI Developer
to lead our AI initiatives and guide a team of talented engineers. This role blends
technical leadership
with
hands-on development
, requiring someone who can design scalable architectures, mentor team members, and deliver next-generation AI solutions.

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have
strong communication skills
— able to interact directly with clients, explain complex technical concepts clearly, answer technical questions with confidence, and help close deals by communicating the value of our AI solutions effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of AI developers and engineers.
  • Define technical direction, establish best practices, and drive architectural decisions.
  • Translate business needs into robust technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure project delivery through effective planning, code reviews, and quality standards.
  • Continuously improve workflows, tools, and processes to maximize productivity.

Technical Development

  • Architect and build
    AI-driven web applications
    and enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Design and implement
    conversational AI systems, chatbots, and multi-agent frameworks
    .
  • Develop and optimize
    Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
    and knowledge management systems.
  • Integrate
    cutting-edge LLMs and APIs
    into scalable production environments.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating, prototyping, and adopting emerging AI technologies.

Client Communication & Business Support

  • Communicate technical solutions clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to support client discussions and proposals.
  • Answer client technical questions in meetings, presentations, and demos.
  • Contribute to closing deals by articulating solution value and feasibility with confidence.

QualificationsExperience & Leadership

  • 2+ years of professional experience in
    Generative AI development
    .
  • Proven experience leading technical teams, with strong mentoring capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex AI solutions end-to-end.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with experience in pre-sales or solution discussions.
  • Background in improving processes, workflows, and engineering efficiency.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science
    , or a related field.
  • Master's degree or specialized certifications in AI/ML preferred.

Technical Expertise

  • Programming:
    Advanced proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Generative AI:
    Deep knowledge of
    LLMs, prompt engineering, and model optimization
    .
  • AI Architecture:
    Expertise in designing scalable AI systems, APIs, and microservices.
  • Advanced AI Applications:
  • Production experience with
    GPT-4, Claude, Gemini
    , or similar LLMs.
  • RAG pipeline design and optimization.
  • Fine-tuning and custom model training.
  • Multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.
  • NLP and computer vision projects.
  • DevOps & Deployment:
    Cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
  • Data & Infrastructure:
    Proficiency with
    vector databases, data pipelines, and ETL systems
