Role Description

We're hiring an experienced 
LLM Agent Developer

to build production-grade, agent-based chat systems in a 
TypeScript + NestJS

stack. You'll own end-to-end agent workflows (LangGraph/LangChain), design hierarchical agent orchestration, and ship features fast in collaboration with a small, focused team.

What you'll do

  • Design & build agent workflows
     with 
    LangGraph/LangChain
     (state machines, tools, memory, routing).
  • Architect hierarchical / multi-agent systems
     for complex chat workflows
  • Productionize agents
    : prompt strategies, guardrails, evals, tracing/observability, and prompt/version management.
  • Ship backend features
     in 
    NestJS
     (TypeScript): APIs, task queues, vector/search integrations.
  • Optimize latency & reliability
    : streaming, retries, fallbacks, and cost/perf trade-offs.
  • Partner with PM/Design/Eng
     to turn requirements into shipped features across multiple ongoing projects.

What makes you a good fit

  • Hands-on with LangGraph/LangChain
     building real agent workflows (routers, tools, memory, state management).
  • Strong NestJS (TypeScript)
     backend skills; comfortable with API design, testing, and cloud deployment basics.
  • Experience with 
    LLM agents
     (hierarchical/role-based agents, tool use, retrieval, function calling).
  • Solid engineering habits: writing tests, instrumentation, docs, and clean abstractions.
  • Comfortable owning outcomes in a 
    fast-paced, ambiguous
     environment.

Nice to have

  • Angular
     for lightweight admin/ops UIs or dashboards.
  • Retrieval / vector DBs (e.g., Postgres + pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, AstraDB).
  • Observability (Langfuse, OpenTelemetry), evaluators (Ragas, custom evals), and prompt/versioning workflows.
  • Cloud & CI/CD (Docker, GitHub Actions, ).
