is looking for a results-driven 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in lead generation and B2B outreach. The ideal candidate must be proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and skilled in building meaningful connections that convert into qualified leads.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Plan and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, segment, and target prospects

  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages

  • Manage and optimize outreach sequences for better response rates

  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets

  • Coordinate with sales/marketing teams to align outreach strategies

  • Monitor KPIs such as response rate, conversion rate, and meetings booked

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a LinkedIn Outreach / Lead Generation Specialist

  • Mandatory hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and outbound sales processes

  • Excellent written English communication and copywriting skills

  • Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking

  • Strong research, targeting, and prospect qualification skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage targets, and meet deadlines
