About the Role
We are looking for a driven and dynamic
Account Executive
to join our growing team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and positioning our solutions to deliver maximum value.
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with clients across multiple industries and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Identify client pain points and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to position our offerings effectively.
- Represent the company with professionalism and credibility in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (preferably in SaaS, technology, outsourcing, or professional services).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, sales automation, and remote collaboration tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience selling into the US, UK, EU, or Australian markets.
- Background in SaaS, staffing/outsourcing, or HR technology.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
