Responsibilities

  • Acquire new business opportunities through multiple channels, including Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
  • Identify and bid on high-quality projects aligned with company expertise.
  • Draft well-structured, customized proposals tailored to each client's requirements.
  • Handle project estimation, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and successful deal closure.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements, communicate them effectively with the internal team, and ensure timely, quality delivery.
  • Maintain top ratings and credibility across freelancing platforms.
  • Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrate strong experience in working with US, UK, Canada, and Australia-based clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads for B2B business development.
  • Assess client mindset, requirements, and pain points to design effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement impactful marketing and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, performance analysis, and forecasts.
  • Actively identify and target new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and freelance platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
