We are seeking a highly skilled
AI & Backend Engineer
with expertise in
Generative AI, backend development, and modern cloud technologies
. This role requires hands-on experience in building
AI-powered applications
, integrating
LLMs (Large Language Models)
, and developing
scalable backend services
.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
Python, FastAPI,
, and be proficient with
AWS services
for deploying and scaling AI-driven systems. Knowledge of
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
,
LLM fine-tuning
, and
automation pipelines
is critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy
    AI-powered systems
    leveraging
    LLMs, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning techniques
    .
  • Build and maintain
    scalable backend APIs
    and services using
    FastAPI, Python, and
    .
  • Implement
    automation workflows
    to optimize AI pipelines, data ingestion, and deployment.
  • Work with
    AWS cloud services
    (S3, Lambda, ECS, SageMaker, etc.) for hosting and scaling AI solutions.
  • Integrate
    Generative AI
    capabilities into business workflows and applications.
  • Collaborate with the team to build
    end-to-end AI-driven applications
    (backend + light frontend).
  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and security for AI and backend services.
  • Stay up to date with the latest in
    GenAI, ML frameworks, and backend best practices
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in
Python
(FastAPI, Flask, or Django)

Experience with

for backend services

Hands-on experience with
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
and
LLM fine-tuning

Knowledge of
Generative AI frameworks
(LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.)

Strong experience in
cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
– EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, API Gateway

Proficiency in
automation tools
(CI/CD, workflows, MLOps pipelines)

Solid understanding of
databases
(SQL & NoSQL)

Familiarity with
frontend frameworks

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
