Role Overview

We're seeking a strategic, analytical, and proactive Senior Digital Marketing Executive to own and scale multi-channel campaigns for our restaurant clients and Innowi's SaaS offerings. You'll manage multiple accounts end-to-end—crafting and executing integrated social, paid, and content strategies while collaborating across teams to hit aggressive KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop holistic digital marketing roadmaps tailored to client goals (US and local markets); Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in research, reporting, and creative ideation

  • Social Media Mastery: Build and execute robust social-media strategies beyond "posting"—including community building, influencer activations, paid social, and trend-driven campaigns; Own content calendars (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok), ensuring brand voice consistency and timely execution

  • Paid Media & Digital Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing); Monitor performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS), iterate on creatives and targeting, and manage budgets across multiple accounts

  • Email & CRM Marketing: Design and automate segmented email campaigns (Brevo, Mailchimp) to nurture leads and drive repeat orders; A/B test subject lines, copy, and send times to maximize engagement and conversions

  • Local SEO & Online Ordering Funnel: Coordinate on-page SEO improvements with Yoast/RankMath and manage GMB profiles; Optimize branded landing pages and redirect flows to Innowi ordering with UTM tracking

  • Analytics & Reporting: Build clear, insightful dashboards and client reports—GA4/Tag Manager experience is a plus but not mandatory; Use data to uncover trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations

  • Project Management & Collaboration: Drive multiple client projects simultaneously using Smartsheets and Microsoft Teams; Ensure on-time delivery, clear communication, and alignment with design, product, and sales teams

  • Continuous Innovation: Stay abreast of digital-marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools (MarTech, AI, automation); Propose and pilot new channels, formats, and tactics to keep clients ahead of the curve

Required Qualifications

  • 3–4 years' digital-marketing experience (agency or in-house) managing multiple clients

  • Deep expertise in social-media strategy and execution—beyond basic posting

  • Proven track record with Meta Ads and Google Ads (search, display, remarketing)

  • Excellent project-management skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with client-facing confidence

  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset; thrives on setting and exceeding ambitious goals

Beneficial Skills

  • US market experience or managing campaigns targeting US audiences

  • Familiarity with email-marketing platforms (Brevo, Mailchimp) and SMS automation

  • Basic understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager

  • Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Metricool) and CMS platforms (WordPress)

  • Comfort leveraging AI for research, content ideation, and reporting
