Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative who will be the first point of contact for clients reaching out to Attornea via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and the website. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring excellent customer experience by guiding clients professionally and resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
- Guide clients about Attornea's services including legal consultations, document drafting, student visa support, immigration services, and more.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by handling issues, complaints, and queries with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately record and document client information and queries in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams to follow up on customer cases or queries.
- Provide support in scheduling consultations and follow-ups with relevant departments.
- Assist in maintaining a knowledge base of FAQs and client concerns for internal use.
- Ensure timely follow-up and proactive communication with potential and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or client service roles. Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Urdu and English.
- Good command of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic CRM tools, and professional messaging.
- Pleasant personality, patience, empathy, and a client-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of legal or consultancy services will be a plus.
