Graana is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team

If you're passionate about digital marketing, love optimising campaigns, and have experience in lead generation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Manage and monitor campaign performance to achieve ROI and CPL targets.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and ad copy.
  • Work on lead management processes to improve funnel efficiency.
  • Support in landing page optimisation to boost conversions.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Prior experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of lead management tools and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation is a plus.
