Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Lahore team. This is an entry-level, full-time onsite position offering comprehensive training, growth opportunities, and exposure to global clients in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and professional platforms.
  • Schedule and manage client meetings via personalized messages, InMail's, and follow-ups.
  • Perform lead generation and outreach through job portals such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads for TEKHQS services (AI/ML, Blockchain, ERP, Cloud Computing, and Staff Augmentation).
  • Maintain accurate data and reports in CRM/outreach trackers.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to leads, meetings, and client engagements.
  • Collaborate with senior management for performance reviews and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months to 1 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, or lead generation tools (training will be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn in a results-driven environment.
