Navigation & Communication Solutions
is looking for a dedicated & professional
Microsoft Dynamic CRM and Full Stack Software Developer /
System Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing & implementing
web applications, Server applications, APIs &
custom controls.

This individual will be working with a dynamic team of software development and will be responsible for design, development, test and delivery product for Transit and Transportation Automation. The candidate will also participate in customers communication and requirement capture and management.

You must have MS degree in computer science, or computer engineering or mathematics / electrical engineering with specialized subjects of (MS Dynamic CRM, Algorithms, Programming Fundamentals & DB Management System). We are open to considering candidates based in any area who can work in our Lahore Development Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing CRM applications modules (Workflows, Plugins, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Design & implement new modules based on the product requirements
• Design & implement client side modules via JQuery,
  CSS, HTML5, CSS3,
  C#
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Implement & Manage data storage solutions (Dataverse, SQL, MySQL)
• Debug existing apps components, fix issues and avoid regressions
• Collaborate closely with the teams of UI/UX designers, PMs and other developers
• Lead in software architecture, design discussions and code reviews
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Follow the company guidelines and best practices
• Experience in deploying code high-scale production applications (DevOps, Azure App Services, Azure Logic Apps, Windows Jobs)
• Experience with Synapse Service setup, integration with Replication System.
• Have 2-5 years of Experience in Dynamics CRM development.

Skills and Qualifications:

• You must have MS degree with specialized subjects of (MS Dynamic CRM, Algorithms, Programming Fundamentals & DB Management System) (18 Years of Education).
• Must have strong mathematical skills.
• Must have developed some presentable Dynamic CRM applications.
• Experience with supporting languages for different custom components (such as Python, Dotnet Core, C#)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tool, DevOps & Git is preferred.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming & data structures
• Microsoft Certifications are preferred.
