Prime System Solutions is seeking a proactive and motivated Salesforce Administrator to help support and improve our Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone early in their Salesforce career who is excited to learn, highly organized, and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Business Development, Customer Experience, and Marketing.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for solving problems. You should feel comfortable managing a support ticket queue, configuring user access, building reports and dashboards, and documenting business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud support
  • Manage and triage user support requests through Jira, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support team visibility and performance tracking
  • Configure and manage user security settings, including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchies
  • Support Marketing operations in Salesforce, including collaboration on campaigns and lead processes (experience with Pardot is a plus)
  • Document and map business processes using Lucidchart; gather and write clear business requirements
  • Participate in planning sessions for system enhancements, offering thoughtful input and creative problem-solving
  • Assist in onboarding and training new users; contribute to maintaining internal documentation and SOPs

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Analyst
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a user-first, collaborative mindset
  • Proven ability to manage and track support tickets, with a focus on clear communication and follow-through
  • Experience building and customizing Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with configuring user access through Profiles and Permission Sets
  • Business analysis skills, including documenting business processes, writing requirements, and mapping processes using Lucidchart
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, with a demonstrated willingness to learn and solve problems independently
