
Strategic Business Development Assistant

This role plays a crucial part in supporting the Director of M&A Operations with various administrative and operational duties. The position involves ensuring smooth operations and facilitating key M&A processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce to screen new account funnel additions for alignment with our investment criteria.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly and weekly business development recognition reports in Salesforce and compile quarterly board reports. Develop advanced, comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor historical trends and real-time funnel activity.
- Presentation Preparation: Assist with preparing PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings.
- Commissions Review: Conduct initial reviews of submitted commissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Survey Support: Provide support on surveys, including design, distribution, and analysis.
- Ad Hoc Project: Offer assistance on miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce, including creating formulaic and advanced custom reports.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates mature business acumen, confidence, and strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to take initiative to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working Eastern Time (ET) hours effectively.
- Strong communication skills and proactive approach to task management.
