Job Summary

Egeeks Global is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Lead Generation Trainee to identify, connect, and engage with potential clients through social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building meaningful relationships, conducting research, and converting online interactions into qualified business leads

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and connect with potential leads through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others.

· Build and maintain professional relationships to convert prospects into qualified leads.

· Research industries, businesses, and decision-makers to build and segment lead lists.

· Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.

· Maintain and update lead databases or CRM tools with accurate contact and follow-up information.

· Track and report on daily and weekly outreach and lead generation performance.

· Assist in developing social media engagement strategies to improve visibility and reach.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
