Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and intelligent junior resource to support our project and technical managers. The role includes assisting in writing and formatting technical documents, recording meeting minutes, conducting online research, adding and updating content/data, maintaining records, and supporting in testing web/mobile applications. Preparing user manuals and simple training guides (basic video tutorials a plus) will also be part of the job.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong writing, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work proactively.
  • Basic understanding of software testing preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in writing, editing, and formatting technical documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Record, organize, and circulate meeting minutes.
  • Conduct online research and gather relevant information as assigned.
  • Add and update content or data in documents, systems, or platforms as provided.
  • Assist with record keeping and project documentation management.
  • Support in testing web and mobile applications (functional and user-level testing).
  • Prepare simple user manuals and training guides (basic video tutorials are a plus).
  • Proactively support the manager in day-to-day tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Strong writing and communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.
  • Interest in IT, documentation, and project coordination.
  • Basic understanding of software testing or QA.
  • Experience with documentation tools.
  • Exposure to video editing or screen recording tools (optional).
