Position: BD Executive
Location: Faisal Town, Lahore | Full Time | Onsite
Experience Required: 3+ Years (Proven Upwork)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company's presence on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write winning proposals, negotiate with clients, and close new business opportunities.
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients for Digital Marketing services and Custom Web Development.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and operations team to deliver client requirements.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Proven Upwork bidding and client acquisition experience with a strong portfolio of closed deals.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and Custom Web Development and ability to explain value propositions to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs75, Rs80,000.00 per month
