Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for
posting jobs daily
,
managing candidate data
, and
preparing detailed recruitment reports
. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to sourcing, and the ability to work independently while being aligned with the
Eastern Time Zone
.

The recruiter must
already have their own employer accounts
on platforms such as
Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter
, as this will be a key part of their day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings
    daily
    across platforms including
    Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter
    .
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in
    Google Sheets or Excel
    for tracking purposes.
  • Prepare and share
    daily and weekly recruitment reports
    .
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones, with a focus on EST.
  • Manage candidate pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a
    Recruiter
    , preferably in a
    remote setting
    .
  • Must have
    active employer accounts
    on
    Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter
    (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of job boards and online recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel or Google Sheets
    for data management and reporting.
  • Availability to work and collaborate during
    Eastern Time Zone (EST)
    business hours.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for
    technical roles
    in the software and IT industry.
  • Familiarity with
    ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
    .
  • Knowledge of different sourcing tools and techniques.
