Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to handle day-to-day office operations and general administrative functions. The role also includes handling basic travel and tour-related coordination when required. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, reliable, and capable of managing administrative tasks independently.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows.

· Manage office supplies, filing systems, and vendor coordination.

· Supervise support staff and assign tasks as needed.

· Maintain records, documentation, and basic reporting.

· Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication.

· Assist with basic travel arrangements including bookings, hotel coordination, and documentation when needed.

· Handle correspondence and general office communication.

· Support management with administrative tasks and internal procedures.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.

· Good knowledge of general office practices and tools (e.g., MS Office).

· Basic understanding of travel and tour coordination is preferred but not mandatory.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision.
