Role Description

We are seeking a Paid Advertisement Expert to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Lahore. The expert will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertisement campaigns across various platforms to drive customer engagement and achieve business goals. Key duties include conducting data analysis to identify market trends, collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective ad strategies, and monitoring budget allocation for maximum ROI.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analysis for interpreting campaign performance and optimizing strategies based on insights
  • Proficient Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients
  • Marketing knowledge and experience in creating impactful advertising campaigns
  • Sales skills to align campaigns with business outcomes and foster lead conversion
  • Working knowledge of paid advertisement platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
