The Role

We're hiring a
Lead Generation Specialist
who will drive the top of our sales funnel — researching, identifying, and engaging decision-makers, then opening doors for our technical and leadership teams to showcase the power of AI automation.

This role is ideal for someone curious, self-driven, and passionate about building relationships — with a genuine interest in how AI is transforming industries. You'll be the bridge between innovative AI technology and the businesses that need it most.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect & Qualify:
    Identify and qualify inbound/outbound leads using tools like Lusha, Apollo, , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Engage Decision-Makers:
    Connect with CTOs, COOs, and Marketing Leaders to build trust through personalized outreach.
  • Research & Personalize:
    Understand company pain points and tailor messaging that resonates.
  • Drive Pipeline:
    Schedule discovery calls for senior team members and assist in initial client conversations.
  • Maintain CRM Discipline:
    Keep accurate records of leads and opportunities in HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Collaborate:
    Work closely with marketing and technical teams to refine campaigns and improve conversion.
  • Stay Ahead:
    Keep up with the latest AI, SaaS, and automation trends to position Akeno Tech as a trusted advisor.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS, tech, or AI)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you can simplify complex ideas
  • Experience with outbound tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
  • A proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset
  • Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI, automation platforms, or tech agencies
