Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an RGM (Restaurant General Manager) and Shift Manager located in Lahore. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining high food quality standards, and maximizing efficiency during shifts. Managers will also handle inventory control, employee scheduling, training, compliance with safety and food handling regulations, and support continuous improvement of operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills
  • Experience in time management, scheduling, and maintaining operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols, quality assurance, and compliance with health standards
  • Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and building positive customer relationships
  • Ability to handle inventory management and cost control
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a degree in Hospitality or Business Management is a plus
