About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused CSR Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in customer support, communication, and problem-solving within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and support requests
- Maintain accurate customer records in our system
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution
- Support the customer service team in daily tasks
- Contribute to improving customer experience processes
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organised
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma (preferred)
