About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused CSR Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in customer support, communication, and problem-solving within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and support requests
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our system
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution
  • Support the customer service team in daily tasks
  • Contribute to improving customer experience processes

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma (preferred)
