Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person).
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Identify customer needs and determine appropriate actions to resolve their issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher management or technical teams as needed.
  • Product/Service Knowledge:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.
  • Provide accurate information to customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Prepare reports summarizing recurring issues and customer concerns.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the company's products or services.
  • Suggest improvements based on customer feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and billing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
