About Us:
We are looking for a professional and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position requires an individual who excels in providing outstanding customer service, can handle in-person meetings with clients in office premises, and resolves issues promptly and efficiently. If you have strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Meeting clients in person to address and resolve issues
- Providing effective solutions and troubleshooting customer problems in a timely manner
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and swift issue resolution
- Managing and updating customer accounts and records
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook and other office tools
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to meet clients in person and provide face-to-face support in office premises
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
- A professional and courteous attitude with excellent interpersonal skills

Pay: Rs60, Rs80,000.00 per month
