  • Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Amazon Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing Amazon seller accounts, product listings, inventory coordination, keyword research, and overall store performance optimization. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing Amazon Seller Central operations
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings
  • Conduct keyword research for improved product visibility
  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and customer feedback
  • Coordinate with the team on inventory management and shipment planning
  • Support PPC campaigns, promotions, and store strategies
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
  • Learn and apply Amazon marketplace policies and best practices

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce (Amazon knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (preferred)
