Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist Night Shift located in Lahore District. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, inbound and outbound, oUTBOUND resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer support. The role involves daily interaction with customers to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions, requiring strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
