We are looking for a Business Development (BD) professional with a strong track record of generating quality leads and driving growth across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have major experience on Upwork along with exposure to B2B and C2C business models.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow business opportunities on Upwork, LinkedIn, and through Email Marketing.
  • Utilize tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, and others to drive lead generation and outreach (flexibility to work with preferred tools, as long as results are delivered).
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to penetrate target markets.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed business goals.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in Business Development.
  • Strong expertise in Upwork bidding and client management.
  • Familiarity with B2B and C2C sales approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to craft and execute market penetration strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
