We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented with experience in 
Upwork (BDE)
. The ideal candidate will be adept at writing compelling proposals, creating accurate project estimations, and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify opportunities, secure projects, and foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
  • Bringing in new business by participating in online bidding on the freelancing platforms, collaborating with global clients, and generating sales up until the completion of clients projects.
  • Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client and closure.
  • Experience with interacting with clients.
  • More than 
    2.5+ years
    of experience in
    Upwork
    and project acquisition.
  • Effective communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • English proficiency (verbal and written)
