Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    integrated marketing strategies
    for both Hamsun Hospitality and Saleeqa.
  • Lead marketing
    campaigns, promotions, and strategic partnerships
    to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Maintain
    consistent brand identity
    across all branches, platforms, and communication channels.
  • Analyze
    market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor insights
    to guide strategic decisions.
  • Supervise and guide
    content creation, design, and digital marketing teams
    .
  • Collaborate closely with
    operations, sales, and management
    to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
  • Set and monitor
    KPIs, marketing budgets, and ROI metrics
    .
  • Represent the marketing department in
    leadership and strategy meetings
    .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication
    .
  • Minimum
    3+ years of relevant experience
    , including
    2 years in a strategic or managerial marketing role
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing, brand strategy, and consumer insight analysis
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, leadership, and analytical skills
    .

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver measurable outcomes.
