Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing And Growth Lead located in Karachi. The Marketing And Growth Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving growth initiatives, analyzing market trends, and optimizing campaigns to attract clients. Additional responsibilities include managing social media, creating content, conducting market research, and developing branding strategies to increase the company's presence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis and campaign optimization
  • Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and branding strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
