Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze admission trends, conversion ratios, and lead sources to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement data-backed strategies to enhance student recruitment and conversions.
  • Monitor and report performance through dashboards, recommending timely actions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to optimize campaigns based on analytics.
  • Establish and track KPIs to evaluate productivity, campaign success, and overall performance.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to align admissions strategies with market demand.
  • Mentor and lead the admissions team to ensure excellence and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present analytical performance reports for senior management.

Requirements

Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management Sciences.

8–12 years of experience in university admissions, marketing, or enrollment management.

Proven expertise in analyzing conversion ratios, lead sources, and admission trends.

Strong command of data analytics, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
