About Us

Mir Motion Graphics is a creative media production company specializing in TV commercials, architectural animations, corporate videos, documentaries, 3D product animations, and VFX. We work with top brands across Pakistan and aim to expand our business nationwide.

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, well-dressed, and educated Business Development Executive who can bring new business directly from the market in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and other major cities. The ideal candidate must be confident, market-savvy, and driven to meet sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new business deals for company services (TVCs, animations, corporate videos, etc.).
  • Research and target potential clients and industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Visit clients, present company portfolio, and negotiate deals.
  • Coordinate with production and creative teams for project follow-up.
  • You must meet or exceed the company's monthly and quarterly sales targets — this is mandatory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Media (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional appearance and confident personality.
  • Must have own bike or personal conveyance for field visits.
  • Experience in media, advertising, or corporate sales is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.

Compensation

  • Fixed monthly salary (based on experience)
  • High commission on each successful deal
  • Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities
